By accessing or using Property Portal 24 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including agents, brokerage administrators, and buyers invited to property portals.
2. Description of Service
Property Portal 24 provides an AI-powered platform for real estate agents to upload, analyze, and communicate about property documents. The Service includes document analysis, risk identification, client portal access, letter generation, and the Portal Verified agent directory.
The Service is a tool to assist real estate professionals. It does not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice. All analyses should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being acted upon.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional (or an authorized buyer or team member of a licensed professional) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload documents you do not have the right to share or analyze.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in unauthorized ways.
- Use the Service to generate or distribute false, misleading, or harmful content.
- Share your account credentials with any unauthorized third party.
5. AI Analysis Disclaimer
Property Portal 24 uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and identify potential risks. While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis may not identify every issue and may occasionally surface false positives. You agree that:
- All AI-generated content is advisory in nature and must be independently verified.
- Property Portal 24 is not liable for any decision made in reliance on AI-generated analysis.
- You will consult appropriate legal, financial, or inspection professionals before making real estate decisions.
6. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion for extenuating circumstances. Overdue accounts may lose access until payment is resolved.
7. Intellectual Property
The Property Portal 24 platform, brand, and all associated software are owned by Property Portal 24, Inc. You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted within 90 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Property Portal 24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
